Dr Heather Daniels, FNP-C

Dr Heather Daniels, FNP-C is a certified Family Nurse Pracitioner who started her nursing career 15 years ago. After attending Northwest Arkansas Community College where she obtained her Associates of Science in Nursing in 2009, she continued her education and later obtained a terminal degree earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree. Heather's nursing experience includes Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics, Progressive Care, and Emergency Medicine. Heather has also been a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Urgent Care/Pediatric population for the last 7 years now.

Tracy Jacobs, FNP-C

Tracy Jacobs, FNP-C is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who started her nursing career nearly 20 years ago. After attending McNeese State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, she continued her education and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tracy’s nursing experience includes Emergency Care, Progressive Care, Home Health, Pediatrics, Physical Rehabilitation, and Nursing Home. Tracy has also been a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Urgent Care/Pediatric population for the last 6 years now.
